“การแสดงผลงานศิลปะ ไม่มีความจริงใดใดในจักรวาล” (No Absolute Truth In The Universe) ห้องสตูดิโอ ชั้น 4 เวลา 18.00 น.
นิทรรศการศิลปะที่นำเสนอเนื้อหาทางธรรมะของพระพุทธศาสนา โดยนำมาสื่อสารและสร้างสรรค์ให้เข้ากับวัฒนธรรมร่วมสมัยอย่างซื่อตรง เพื่อจุดประกายพุทธิปัญญาให้กับผู้เสพงานศิลปะ และสร้างศรัทธา ความเข้าใจที่ถูกต้องในธรรมะของพระพุทธเจ้า ผ่านงานศิลปะร่วมสมัย อันประกอบด้วยผลงานของ เกสวิตา รอตพันธ์, ไชโย โล่ห์อมรปักษิณ, พันธ์สิริ สิริเวชชะพันธ์ และองอาจ โล่ห์อมรปักษิณ ในงานนิทรรศการครั้งนี้ต้องการนำเสนอผลลัพธ์แห่งการผสมผสานระหว่างความต่างกันของเทคนิคและวิธีการนำเสนอหลากหลายรูปแบบ ทั้งภาพวาด งานประติมากรรม ภาพถ่าย การจัดวางและความเข้าใจในธรรมะ ของศิลปินทั้ง 4 ท่าน ซึ่งน่าจะเป็นทางเลือกใหม่ให้กับผู้เสพงานให้ได้เห็นธรรมะในหลากหลายมุมมอง และน่าจะเป็นปัจจัยหนึ่งที่ช่วยสร้างสรรค์วงการศิลปะและสร้างแรงบันดาลใจใหม่ๆ ให้ผู้คนสืบต่อไป นิทรรศการจัดแสดงระหว่างวันที่ 25 มกราคม – 17 กุมภาพันธ์ 2556

No absolute truth in the universe is the art exhibition that presents Dhamma of Buddhism.
It is communicated and created to go along with the contemporary culture in order that the art appreciators will reach enlightenment.
The exhibition brings faith and understanding to the Buddha’s Dhamma through contemporary arts
From Chaiyo Loeamornpagsin, Kesvita Rotpan, Ongart Loeamornpagsin and Punsiri Siriwetchapun.

In many forms including paintings, sculpture, photography, installation and Ideas about Dhamma of the four artists. This will be the new alternative for art enthusiasts to see Dhamma in various angles and it might be one factor that will help promote art society and inspire people. The exhibition iis on viewed from 25 January – 17 February 2013 at Studio, 4th floor.

เพื่ออำนวยความสะดวกแก่ผู้เสียภาษีอากรและให้การบริหารการจัดเก็บภาษี อากรตามประมวลรัษฎากรมีประสิทธิภาพ อาศัยอำนาจตามความในมาตรา 11 แห่งประมวลรัษฎากรอธิบดีกรมสรรพากรจึงมีคำสั่งดังต่อไปนี้

ข้อ 1 ให้สถานที่ดังต่อไปนี้ เป็นสถานที่รับแบบแสดงรายการและรับชำระเงินภาษีอากรตามประมวลรัษฎากรได้อีก แห่งหนึ่ง นอกจากสำนักงานสรรพากรพื้นที่สาขา สำหรับผู้มีหน้าที่เสียภาษีเงินได้บุคคลธรรมดาไม่ว่าจะมีภูมิลำเนาอยู่ใน อำเภอหรือเขตท้องที่ใด
(1) หน่วยบริการรับชำระภาษีอากรของสำนักงานสรรพากรพื้นที่สาขาวัฒนา ณ อาคารเสริมมิตร ทาวเวอร์ เลขที่ 159 ถนนสุขุมวิท 21 แขวงคลองเตยเหนือ เขตวัฒนา กรุงเทพมหานคร
(2) หน่วยบริการรับชำระภาษีอากรของสำนักงานสรรพากรพื้นที่สาขา
บางกอกน้อย ณ อาคาร 100 ปี สมเด็จพระศรีพัชรินทราบรมราชชนนี คณะแพทยศาสตร์ศิริราชพยาบาล เลขที่ 2 ถนนพรานนก แขวงศิริราช เขตบางกอกน้อย กรุงเทพมหานคร
(3) หน่วยบริการรับชำระภาษีอากรของสำนักงานสรรพากรพื้นที่สาขาบางกอกน้อย ณ อาคารกรมบังคับคดี เลขที่ 189/1 ถนนบางขุนนนท์ แขวงบางขุนนนท์ เขตบางกอกน้อย กรุงเทพมหานคร

ข้อ 2 ให้สรรพากรพื้นที่ดังต่อไปนี้ ออกคำสั่งเป็นหนังสือแต่งตั้งข้าราชการพลเรือนสามัญตั้งแต่ระดับ 3 ขึ้นไป เป็น “เจ้าหน้าที่รับชำระภาษีอากร” เพื่อรับชำระเงินภาษีอากรตามประมวลรัษฎากร
(1) สรรพากรพื้นที่กรุงเทพมหานคร 8 สำหรับการรับแบบแสดงรายการและรับชำระเงินภาษีอากรตามข้อ 1(1)
(2) สรรพากรพื้นที่กรุงเทพมหานคร 16 สำหรับการรับแบบแสดงรายการและรับชำระเงินภาษีอากรตามข้อ 1(2) และ (3)

ข้อ 3 การเสียภาษีอากรตามคำสั่งนี้ ให้ถือว่าเป็นการสมบูรณ์เมื่อได้รับใบเสร็จรับเงินซึ่ง “เจ้าหน้าที่รับชำระเงินภาษีอากร” ตามข้อ 2 ได้ลงลายมือชื่อรับเงินแล้ว

ข้อ 4 คำสั่งนี้ให้ใช้บังคับสำหรับการรับแบบแสดงรายการและรับชำระเงินภาษีเงินได้บุคคลธรรมดาตามประมวลรัษฎากร ดังต่อไปนี้
(1) หน่วยบริการรับชำระภาษีอากรตามข้อ 1(1) ตั้งแต่วันจันทร์ที่ 26 มีนาคม พ.ศ. 2550 ถึงวันศุกร์ที่ 30 มีนาคม พ.ศ. 2550
(2) หน่วยบริการรับชำระภาษีอากรตามข้อ 1(2) ตั้งแต่วันอังคารที่ 13 มีนาคม พ.ศ. 2550 ถึงวันพุธที่ 14 มีนาคม พ.ศ. 2550
(3) หน่วยบริการรับชำระภาษีอากรตามข้อ 1(3) ตั้งแต่วันพุธที่ 21 มีนาคม พ.ศ. 2550 ถึงวันพฤหัสบดีที่ 22 มีนาคม พ.ศ. 2550

Generally accepted accounting principles

Generally Accepted Accounting Principles, US GAAP or simply GAAP are terms for the “generally accepted accounting principles” and rules used in the United States.
These are used to prepare, present and report financial statements for a wide variety of entities, including publicly traded and privately held companies, non-profit organizations, and government authorities, with the Financial Accounting Standards Board (FASB) establishing rules for public and private companies, and non-profit organizations; the Governmental Accounting Standards Board (GASB) determining a different set of assumptions, principles for local and state governments – and the Federal Accounting Standards Advisory Board (FASAB) performing a similar role for federal government entities.
Although the SEC has a stated goal of moving from US GAAP to the International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), the provisions of which differ considerably from GAAP – progress has been slow and uncertain.[1][2]
The FASB expressed US GAAP in XBRL beginning in 2008.
